While the east coast of the U.S. is all but snowed in right now, there are a few soldiers who are not, never have been, and never will be.
These are the soldiers who guard the tomb of the unknown soldier on the D.C. Mall. They are there, day in and day out, despite the weather, 365 days and nights a year. Remember them in your thoughts and prayers, as well as those they represent, and every man and woman who is serving right now or who has ever served. We think about how miserable conditions can be at times like this, but to those who serve in the armed forces, misery is often a constant companion.
