A 56-year-old man filmed a conversation with his 18-year-old self, and it’s going viral

How cool is this? Author Peter “Stoney” Emshwiller had enough foresight when he was eighteen years old to ask himself some questions he’d only be able to answer nearly forty years later. Are you married? Do you have kids? Are you rich?

After avoiding answering these questions for 36 years, Emshiller finally sat down and had the interview with his younger self as part of a film he’s creating called “Later That Same Life.”

Wouldn’t it be great to be able to go back and record yourself asking these questions of your older self at 18? If you’re still young, break out the cellphone and ask away. If you’re already past middle age? There’s still time. Go for it!
