(Video) This State Voted To Keep It’s Flag AND Just Declared April “Confederate Heritage Month”, Liberals Will Be Furious!!

Governor Phil Bryant refuses to take a side in the controversy about changing the State’s flag, saying voters should decide, but he didn’t hesitate to sign a governor’s proclamation making April “Confederate Heritage Month”.

The Mississippi Governor’s proclamation starts by explaining that April is the appropriate month to honor Confederate heritage since it was the month the Confederate States started and ended a four-year struggle.  It also says that Mississippi celebrates Confederate Memorial Day on April 25 to recognize those who served in the Confederacy.  The proclamation goes on to say it’s “important for all Americans to reflect upon our nation’s past” and “to gain insight from our mistakes and successes,” adding that we must “earnestly strive to understand and appreciate our heritage and our opportunities which lie before us.”
