(Video) Taxpayers Struggle While Ex-Presidents Enjoy Taxpayer Funded Perks

Former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton received nice little “bonuses” from taxpayers in 2014.  Clinton got $950,000 and  Bush received $1.3 million, with the majority being for office space.  This while both were making millions in speaking fees after leaving office.  And that doesn’t include the book deals.

All former presidents get a pension of more than $200,000 a year and they receive annual expenses for office space, travel and other costs which can add up to more than a $1,000,000.  The House has finally voted to limit expenses for former presidents with income totaling more than $400,000 a year.  Taxpayer funding would start being reduced when their income hits $400,000 and funding for office space and travel would be eliminated when their income hits $600,000.

Still sounds pretty lucrative.  Mooch will NOT be happy to hear this, do you think Obama will veto this bill?!
